Job Description
Xometry is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers. In this role, the individual will develop an understanding of customer needs for prototype parts through to production needs and grow Xometry's share of business.He/She will be an integral part of the Xometry sales team, developing and strengthening a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. The Account Executive will collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to exceed annual sales goals.
  • Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers
  • Building relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive management
  • Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts
  • Qualifying and converting potential leads
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the company's CRM
  • Proposing winning solutions and negotiating contract terms
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying closing sales role
  • 2+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is preferred
  • Proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
