Job Description
Xometry is seeking an Account Executive I to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers and manage an existing book of business. The Account Executive will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. This role involves:
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
- Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
- Assisting customers in selecting the best manufacturing technology
- Providing guidance to the sales engineering team for quote development
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collecting and reporting industry trends
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven
- High energy with positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
