Xometry is seeking an Account Executive I to manage inbound leads and cultivate them into loyal customers. The Account Executive will also manage an existing book of business, serving as a key point of contact and guiding customers through the sales process to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires a driven individual passionate about sales and eager to grow within Xometry.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with clients
  • Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
  • Creating plans to reach sales objectives
  • Assisting customers in selecting the best manufacturing technology
  • Serving as the contact person for new projects
  • Providing guidance to the sales engineering team
  • Ensuring new customer requirements are collected
  • Delivering technical presentations
  • Collecting and reporting industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced English Level
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying full cycle sales role
  • Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
  • Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems required
  • Strong negotiation skills and results driven
  • High energy with positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
