Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its team. The engineer will work on the instant-quote product and its technology platform. This is a 1-year contract position.Responsibilities include:- Designing, coding, testing, and releasing software
- Reading, writing, and reviewing code in HTML, Typescript/Javascript/React, Python, and Rust
- Collaborating with engineers and product managers
- Operational responsibility for services, including deployments in AWS and Kubernetes
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM web programming
- Experience in at least two of React, Python, and Rust
- Experience with security, scalability, asynchronous programming, and transactions
- Attention to detail, good work ethic, and communication skills
