Huspy is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to join their Data team in Madrid (relocation provided) or Bogota. The analyst will provide insights to shape Huspy’s product strategy, impacting user experience and business growth. This role involves using advanced analytics to support feature development, guide product direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Role involves:
- Tracking and analyzing product performance using key metrics.
- Supporting product decision-making through A/B tests and experiments.
- Optimizing feature rollouts with quick feedback loops.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and other business teams.
- Generating and presenting insights through reports and visualizations.
- 5-8 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts for experiment validation.
- Strong skills in creating dashboards and visualizations with tools like Tableau.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar platforms for data warehousing.
- Knowledge of Airflow and dbt or similar platforms for building data workflows.
- Ability to convey complex analytical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
