Huspy, a rapidly growing proptech company, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their team in Poland. The company is backed by leading investors and is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its all-in-one super app.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, he/she will collaborate with product leaders and designers to develop the Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal. He/she will utilize modern technologies in an innovative environment.

The Role Involves:

• Contributing to the team's codebase using React / Next.js on the frontend and NestJS / TypeScript on the backend.
• Taking ownership of key technical deliverables.
• Guiding, mentoring, and supporting other engineers.
• Driving best practices in software development.
• Actively participating in technical challenges and leading scalable solutions.
• Collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background and passion for building high-quality products.
• Product-focused mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
