The consultant will generate revenue by efficiently processing mortgage files and recruiting real estate agencies to the Huspy platform. They will cultivate relationships with agencies, acquire mortgage clients, and guide them through the mortgage process. The ideal candidate will have local UAE experience, a background in mortgages or financial services, and a strong network in the real estate industry.
What this role involves:
- Submitting and processing client mortgage files efficiently.
- Prospecting and recruiting real estate agencies.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with agencies.
- Acquiring mortgage clientele.
- Guiding clients through bank products and processes.
- Managing the mortgage process from start to finish.
- Contributing to various projects.
Requirements:
- Local UAE experience.
- Demonstrated ability to consult and sell.
- Background in mortgages and/or financial services.
- Demonstrable network of introducers in the real estate industry.
- Ability to develop business and create opportunities.
- Motivation by sales and driving revenues.
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality service.
