Huspy, a leading PropTech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Junior Real State Operations Intern to join their team in Madrid. This role is pivotal in optimizing the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth operation for real estate agents.

The intern will collaborate with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to enhance operational efficiency and automate tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure that each new agent has the necessary tools to generate transactions quickly and effectively.

Role Involves:

• Improving the efficiency of the onboarding process through automation and optimization of flows.
• Ensuring the correct registration of new agents' data in the CRM.
• Guaranteeing immediate access to the app and tools for agents from day one.
• Analyzing agent performance and identifying opportunities for improvement in transaction conversion using Tableau.
• Supporting the construction of dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
• Supporting the structuring and optimization of processes to facilitate agent acquisition and sales.
• Collaborating with other teams to implement improvements in operational flows that increase productivity.
• Coordinating and supporting internal events such as Power Days and Bootcamps to align teams and improve commercial performance.

Requirements:

• Must have a university internship agreement.
• Basic knowledge in data handling and tools like Excel, Airtable, or Tableau (positively valued).
• Interest in operations, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Analytical and structured approach with a knack for finding efficient solutions to improve productivity.
• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and motivation to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
