Job Description
Huspy, founded in August 2020, started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly became the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, Huspy has experienced accelerated growth with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Its mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by creating an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.

As a Junior Sales Account Executive, the candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales, and their primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of Huspy's SuperApp by opening opportunities that allow them to acquire collaborations with real estate consultants.

Role involves:
  • Creating prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, including door-to-door or cold calling actions.
  • Identifying growth opportunities: Generating leads and researching and prospecting new agents to expand our user base through cold calls, emails, social networks, and face-to-face visits.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute new actions to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Attending events where you will represent Huspy.

Requirements:
  • Interested in growing or entering a lucrative and interesting industry such as Real Estate.
  • Likes sales and enjoys doing it. Does not mind picking up the phone or going out on the street.
  • Has experience doing it: Ideally in B2B / B2B2C environments (B2C profiles are not ruled out).
  • An excellent communicator: Capable of synthesizing and communicating complex messages in a simple way.
  • Willing to be guided: Has the ability to absorb and incorporate feedback from managers and peers.
  • Analytical: Has the ability to learn new complex concepts quickly.
  • Ethical: Wants to have an impact and do it responsibly.
