With backing from investors like Sequoia, Balderton, and Founders, Huspy is focused on expanding its all-in-one superapp for real estate agents and mortgage brokers.

The Account Executive role focuses on driving the growth of Huspy's app through the acquisition of new real estate agent partners. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve ambitious goals.

What This Role Involves:

  • Identifying growth opportunities by researching and prospecting for new agents.
  • Collaborating with the team to create and refine sales strategies.
  • Generating leads through various tools and channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations to highlight the benefits of the app.
  • Analyzing data to evaluate sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Building strong relationships with real estate agents to facilitate acquisition.
  • Articulating the value proposition of the platform and its competitive advantages.
  • Establishing and meeting acquisition goals and KPIs to drive company growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and a competitive mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving startup environment.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in real estate.
