Sales Account Executive

Job Description

Huspy, a leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team in Bilbao. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of Huspy's app by acquiring new real estate agent partners. They will play a crucial role in expanding the user base and increasing revenue.

The Account Executive will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales and achieve ambitious goals. This role encompasses various functions, including identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, analyzing data, developing relationships, and meeting acquisition goals. The perfect candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying opportunities to expand the collaborator base.
• Collaborating to create strategies that drive sales and achieve ambitious goals.
• Generating leads through various tools and channels, such as cold calls and social media.
• Conducting presentations to highlight the benefits of the application.
• Analyzing data to evaluate sales performance and provide insights.
• Building solid relationships with real estate agents to facilitate acquisition.
• Meeting acquisition goals and KPIs for company growth.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in sales (B2B - B2C).
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a competitive mindset.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and make decisions.
