Huspy is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive the growth of their app by acquiring new real estate agent partners. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the user base and increasing revenue for the company.
The Account Executive will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales and achieve ambitious goals. Huspy expects that the candidate will be able to build strong relationships with real estate agents to facilitate acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying growth opportunities through research and prospecting.
- Developing and refining sales strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Generating leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of the app.
- Analyzing data to evaluate sales performance and inform decision-making.
- Building strong relationships with real estate agents to facilitate acquisition.
- Presenting the platform as a solution tailored to specific needs.
- Articulating the value proposition and competitive advantages of the platform.
- Meeting acquisition goals and KPIs to drive company growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales (B2B - B2C).
- Ambition, self-motivation, and a competitive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving startup environment.
