Product Owner

Job Description

Huspy, a rapidly growing proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Product Owner to drive innovation and growth. The Product Owner will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and value delivery. They will lead a team, set clear goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy. This role requires utilizing data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives and solve challenges to continuously improve products and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the product from idea to launch and beyond.
• Leading the team by setting clear goals and a roadmap.
• Collaborating with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.
• Driving results using data, market research, and company strategy.
• Solving new challenges across various domains.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields.
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products.
• 1+ year managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense.
• Experience in driving product vision.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations.
