Product Designer at Incode Technologies

Incode is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Belgrade. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver actionable insights that enhance digital experiences. He will take ownership of crafting user-centered designs that balance business goals with exceptional usability and aesthetic appeal. The Product Designer will contribute to shaping the future of Incode's products while fostering a strong design culture within the company.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
• Designing and refining features end-to-end.
• Creating, prototyping, and documenting interactions and behaviors.
• Conducting research and analyzing industry trends.
• Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
• Partnering with user researchers to conduct usability tests.
• Producing wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
• Identifying and advocating for improvements.
• Working closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Contributing to fostering a strong design culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, prototyping, and shipping products.
• Experience communicating to executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and translate ambiguous requirements into tangible outputs.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter/proactive mindset.
