Incode is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Located in Colombia or Mexico, this role involves building relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their objectives, and aligning Incode's solutions to their needs. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage all stages of customer relationships, from implementation to ongoing support, and continuously improve delivery methodology programs.
The ideal candidate will proactively manage the delivery of SaaS solutions, guide customers through POCs and implementations, and provide support during integration and production. They will also work cross-functionally to bring necessary resources to deliver success.
