Twist Bioscience is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their expanding team. This role involves providing concierge-level support to customers, building strong relationships with sales staff, and supporting groundbreaking genetics research. The goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction, drive loyalty to Twist Bioscience’s products, and reinforce the quality of their brand.

The role involves:
  • Responding to and resolving product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Processing sales purchase orders and validating information.
  • Providing guidance to customers on product selection, website navigation, and order status.
  • Staying current on key account orders and providing proactive updates.
  • Generating sales quotes for sales reps within Salesforce.
  • Providing guidance on Asia region import/export logistics and compliance (for Japan position).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the biotech industry.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with G-Suite, preferably including Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Asia region import/export logistics and compliance (for Japan position).
