Endpoint Development Team Lead at Vim

Vim is seeking a Team Leader to guide the development of its next-generation Desktop solution. The Team Leader will focus on integrating with third-party software and enhancing the solution’s capabilities. This role involves guiding a team focused on boosting the performance, security, and functionality of Vim's desktop solution. The Team Leader will address scalability challenges, optimize application frameworks, and ensure high-performance user experiences.

The role involves:

• Leading the development of Vim's next-generation Desktop solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a C++ developer.
• Strong proficiency in C++ with a solid understanding of Windows client environments.
• Deep understanding of Windows client security, with experience in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP) being highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability and learning agility in web and desktop technologies.
