Interactive Brokers is seeking a German-speaking Client Services Associate in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves resolving client service issues, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to the development of client service systems.   • Resolving complex client service issues.
  • Handling inquiries about trading platforms and analytical tools.
  • Assisting with cash deposits, withdrawals, and account administration.
  • Providing information on product availability and attributes.
  • Explaining exchange, clearing, and depository functions.
  • Guiding clients on order types and routing logic.
  • Addressing order status, trade settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Explaining margin calculations, commission structures, and fees.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • University degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial services position preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of financial instruments.
  • Working knowledge of exchange operations and regulations.
