Wrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on building relationships with customers and helping them use the Wrike project management software. The engineer will address technical and billing questions, promote product benefits, resolve tickets, handle complaints, and develop the knowledge base.

The Technical Support Engineer will work during 14:00-22:00 EEST. The team strives to provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone, aiming for customer success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering first-level customer support requests via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assisting customers with product questions and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining efficient cross-team collaboration related to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with product teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Providing instructions and answering questions on application/product use.
  • Educating colleagues on technical cases and keeping current with product knowledge.
  • Recording interaction details in the ticket management system.
  • Participating in customer-centric projects and process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical or functional product support in SaaS.
  • English professional proficiency (C1+).
  • Strong self-learning and information processing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to grasp technical issues and understand their impact.
  • Willingness to learn constantly.
  • A University Degree or equivalent knowledge.
  • Background in computing, networking, web browsers, and PC troubleshooting.
