Wrike is looking for an IT Operations Manager to join their IT department in Prague. The IT Operations Manager will lead a team and collaborate with HR, Workplace, Engineering, and DevOps teams. The role involves influencing decisions, mentoring the team, and enabling Wrikers with reliable infrastructure and cloud solutions.

The IT team consists of 19 engineers, with 8 team members located in San Diego, Nicosia, Prague, and Bangalore.

The role involves:

• Managing the Helpdesk team for internal user support.
• Managing Mobile Device Management platforms (Jamf for Macs and MEM for Windows) for enrollment and compliance.
• Modernizing onboarding and offboarding processes through automation.
• Liaising with other team leaders on strategy and projects.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Helping teams optimize and automate tasks.
• Guiding the team to meet objectives.

The job requirements are:

• Proven track record in a managerial role within a related field
• Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft stack
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Hands on experience with server and network hardware and infrastructure
