Wrike is seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Prague. In this role, the Senior Technical Recruiter will leverage AI tools and cutting-edge strategies to identify and attract top technical talent. The Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to craft a streamlined recruitment experience and enhance scalable recruiting practices.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for technical roles such as Front-End & Back-End Developers, QA, and Data Analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace AI tools in recruitment tasks.
  • Use modern tools and networks to connect with candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment.
  • Enhance scalable recruiting practices with the TA Manager.
  • Recruit for technical positions (Developers, QA, Data Analysts, etc.).
  • Manage a robust recruitment schedule.

Requirements:

  • Knack for using AI tools to revolutionize recruitment processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in technical recruiting.
  • Keen ability to grow both personal and Wrike’s employer brand.
  • Proactive spirit in the recruitment world.
  • Expert at using an ATS.
