Wrike is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Nicosia. The Senior Recruiter will leverage AI tools and strategies to identify and attract top talent for technical roles within the company. He will work closely with hiring managers and use various platforms to source candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Use AI tools to improve daily recruitment tasks.
  • Discover and connect with candidates using modern tools and networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a streamlined recruitment experience.
  • Enhance recruiting practices with the TA Manager.
  • Recruit for technical positions such as Front-End & Back-End Developers, QA, and Data Analysts.
  • Manage a recruitment schedule using tools like Greenhouse, Slack, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
  • Handle 8-10 live roles.

Requirements:

  • Experience using AI tools to revolutionize recruitment.
  • Experience in technical recruiting.
  • Ability to grow personal and Wrike’s employer brand.
  • Proactive participation in the recruitment community.
  • Expertise in using an ATS.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Ability to gather industry insights.
