Wrike is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their global Talent Acquisition team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will focus on attracting and engaging top talent across tech, product, design, marketing, sales, and other business areas, contributing to a positive candidate experience and facilitating successful hires.

The Talent Sourcer will work with a team located in Prague, Cyprus, Dublin, US, and India, collaborating with recruitment, sourcing, talent operations, and coordination teams. They will use data-driven approaches and quality-focused methods, and using Greenhouse as ATS and CRM, Wrike to manage workflows and projects, Slack for fast communication, and Zoom and Google Meet for meetings.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent via CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, conferences, and creative search techniques.
• Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Conducting talent market research for core locations, analyzing industry players and demographics.
• Managing candidate pipelines in Greenhouse and keeping them updated and engaged.
• Participating in TA projects to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.

Wrike requires:

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment with sourcing responsibilities.
• Experience using sourcing tools, techniques, and channels.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
