Global Client Associate at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Global Client Associate to join their team in Budapest. The candidate will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues via phone, email, and chat. This role involves interacting with an experienced and active clientele base, troubleshooting complex subjects, and identifying opportunities for technology-based improvements. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Interactive Brokers is an online brokerage that provides direct access trading services to active traders and institutional investors.Role involves:

• Resolving client service issues via phone, email, and chat
• Addressing inquiries about IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader
• Handling cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administration
• Providing information on product availability, exchange functions, and order types
• Coordinating with other Client Service divisions and external departments
• Contributing to the development of client service systems, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in client services or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
• General understanding of financial instruments
• EU passport or qualifying work permit/residency to work in Hungary
