Wrike is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join its global Talent Acquisition team in Prague. The Talent Sourcer will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging top talent across various domains, including tech, product, design, marketing, and sales. This role involves utilizing diverse channels to identify and connect with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting individuals in finding fulfilling career opportunities.

The Talent Sourcer will collaborate with a team spread across Prague, Cyprus, Dublin, US, and India, working alongside recruitment, talent operations, and coordination specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with passive and active talent through CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, conferences and events.
  • Build & strengthen relationships with recruiters and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
  • Research talent market mapping for core locations, including industry players, demographics, and diversity.
  • Build and develop relationships with prospects to nurture and convert them to candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in internal CRM and Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
  • Actively participating in TA projects to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in talent sourcing or recruitment with sourcing responsibilities.
  • Good experience with sourcing tools, techniques, and channels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills (B2+).
