Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their global Customer Success Team. In this role, the individual will manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers in EMEA, specifically focusing on the German or French and English-speaking markets. The Customer Success Manager will work alongside talented colleagues in an environment that values a growth mindset, mutual support, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and act as an advocate for Wrike.
  • Creating and managing engagement and communication strategies to ensure customer ROI and growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand Wrike's value within customer organizations.
  • Partnering with customers to establish clear business goals and success metrics.
  • Providing guidance and addressing challenges related to work management.
  • Developing joint success plans and collaborating with deployment consultants.
  • Conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring account metrics and managing churn avoidance.
  • Maintaining detailed customer-centric actions and communication plans on the platform.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role supporting mid-market clients.
  • Experience working with marketing, IT, and PMO teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients, including executives.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and poise.
  • Willingness to dive into the technical details of the product.
  • Fluency in English, German, and/or French.
