Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Sr. Professional Services Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This role is critical to the Client Success organization and offers the opportunity to work with top consulting professionals.

The Professional Services Consultant plays a key role in shaping the customer’s initial experience and ensuring their long-term success. They will lead individual customer engagements, participate in global customer rollouts, and drive end-to-end customer onboarding. The role involves supporting the sales team, tracking client records, managing customer engagements, and advocating for customer needs by providing feedback to the Product Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading customer engagements and global rollouts.
  • Driving end-to-end customer onboarding.
  • Supporting sales team with scoping requirements.
  • Tracking client records and milestones.
  • Managing customer engagements and achieving success metrics.
  • Advocating for customer and prioritizing new product features.
  • Collaborating with the Product team and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles.
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.).
  • Ability to understand customer processes and needs.
  • Expertise in one industry or critical customer segments.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and present digital transformation options.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult audiences and client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric personality.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
