Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Technical Services Consultant to join their team in Prague. The consultant will leverage their Wrike knowledge to design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Wrike platform. This individual will become an expert in Wrike API, Wrike Integrate, Wrike Analyze, and future product portfolio.Responsibilities include:
- Applying problem-solving and solution design skills.
- Developing capabilities and features based on customer requirements.
- Coding individually and collaboratively.
- Troubleshooting and providing resolution of problems.
- Creating documentation of integration or other code, systems, and solutions.
- Working with internal product teams to understand Wrike product capabilities.
- Improving internal processes and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Maintaining technical expertise through continuous learning.
- Playing an active role in the Wrike developer community.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Solutions Consulting or Post-sales support role with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 years with a Master’s Degree.
- Experience managing SaaS implementations with integrations is a plus.
- Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with any Integration Platforms (e.g, Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Strong working knowledge with APIs (REST/SOAP) and RDBMS.
- Knowledge of Data Structures (JSON/XML)
- Understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in app integration.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
