Wrike, a powerful work management platform, is seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Representative to join their team in Prague. The Business Development Representative will work alongside experienced Account Managers and ISRs, focusing on identifying and generating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The role involves:

  • Supporting marketing efforts and following up on inbound leads.
  • Identifying new prospects across the business of existing customers.
  • Actively seeking out potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Assessing the suitability of potential clients.
  • Conducting research on prospects and their organizations.
  • Qualifying prospects to improve conversion rates.
  • Using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with other BDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve messaging.
  • Performing research on competitors and market trends.
  • Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads.
  • Developing and implementing email campaigns.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to convert prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full fluency in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and excel in Sales.
  • 1+ years experience in a Sales Development or similar role in a B2B business.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills.
  • Excellent listening and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
