Wrike is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Prague. This role focuses on establishing relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand the usage of Wrike's work management platform.

The ISR will work in tandem with Account Managers to achieve booking targets and play a crucial role in driving business growth within a defined set of accounts. They will be responsible for diverse sales activities, both inbound and outbound. The ideal candidate can understand customer pain points and can sell the best solution possible.

Role Involves:

  • Analyzing customer personas and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Conducting research on competitors and market trends
  • Identifying new prospects within existing customer accounts
  • Collaborating with Account Managers
  • Contacting potential leads with relevant information
  • Qualifying new opportunities and routing them to the appropriate Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German & English
  • 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
  • Experience handling the full sales cycle
  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations
