Wrike is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business on a defined set of accounts that have a current Wrike subscription. The ISR works closely with Account Managers and together work towards a specific booking target. ISR's are responsible for all sets of sales activity both inbound and especially outbound and for understanding customer pain points/challenges to provide/sell the best solution possible.
Role Involves:
- Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics.
- Understanding buyer personas and market needs.
- Researching competitors and market trends.
- Identifying new prospects within existing customer accounts.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to develop and execute account strategy.
- Seeking out additional contacts and decision-makers.
- Conducting research on prospects and their organizations.
- Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
- Compiling lists of potential leads within accounts.
- Assessing the suitability of potential opportunities.
- Persuading prospects to engage in calls or meetings.
- Qualifying new opportunities.
- Partnering with sales teams to refine messaging.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German
- 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
- Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close (preferred)
- Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business (preferred)
- Experience with solution selling (preferred)
- Outbound sales calling experience (preferred)
- Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads (preferred)
- Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom (preferred)
