Wrike is seeking a Sales Director to focus on the French market. The Sales Director will lead efforts to drive bookings growth and reduce churn, contributing to an accelerated increase in Wrike's NET ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). Reporting to the General Manager in charge of International, the role involves managing a team of Account Managers, supported by Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales, Consulting, Marketing, and Operations Teams. This role is highly customer-focused, with over 50% of the time dedicated to engaging with clients and prospects, and will define and execute the sales strategy for Wrike solutions (including Klaxoon).

Role Involves:
  • Defining and implementing go-to-market strategy for France.
  • Identifying priority verticals and key use cases.
  • Developing a scalable partner strategy.
  • Establishing a consistent pipeline generation approach.
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new subsidiaries.
  • Introducing new services and solutions.
  • Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Ensuring strong adoption of Wrike’s platform.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the French market.
  • At least 10 years of seniority in a similar role.
  • Proven success in scaling and expanding a SAAS business.
  • Strong expertise in Commercial and Enterprise sales.
  • Track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on forecasts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
