Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Sales Director to lead efforts in the French market, driving bookings growth and reducing churn. This role reports to the General Manager in charge of International and involves managing a team of Account Managers supported by Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales, Consulting, Marketing, and Operations Teams.
- Defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy for France.
- Identifying priority verticals and key use cases.
- Developing a scalable partner strategy.
- Establishing a consistent pipeline generation approach.
- Expanding existing customer relationships.
- Accelerating new customer acquisition.
- Introducing new services and solutions.
- Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensuring strong platform adoption.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team.
- Extensive experience in the French market.
- Proven success in scaling a SAAS business.
- Strong expertise in Commercial and Enterprise sales.
- Track record of building go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage forecasts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
