Wrike is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team in Tokyo. The Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in expanding business with existing customers, understanding their challenges, and providing solutions through Wrike's platform. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
The role involves:
Managing new business within the assigned Account Management Book of Business.
Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation.
Managing assigned accounts and inbound requests, with a focus on outreach activities.
Understanding customer needs and communicating how Wrike can meet them.
Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers.
Using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase for lead management and sales forecasting.
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
10+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Fluency in Japanese and Business level of English.
Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business.
Experience with solution selling.
Outbound sales calling experience.
Experience filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads.
Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom.
