Wrike is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join their Machine Learning Team in Prague. In this role, the candidate will be at the forefront of pioneering advancements in AI technology, helping to build a general AI platform necessary for developing AI features across all company teams. This platform aims to drive scalability and innovation, transforming how Wrike's product enhances work management. The role involves leading the discovery, validation, and implementation of groundbreaking AI features, especially in Generative AI.

Role Involves:

• Leading the discovery, validation and implementation of groundbreaking AI features.
• Developing and refining a robust AI platform for AI initiatives.
• Fostering a culture of experimentation.
• Working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Conducting thorough research to keep abreast of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years in Product Management in a commercial software environment.
• Proven track record in developing AI-driven products or features, particularly leveraging ML and Generative AI.
• Experience in conducting market research and user interviews.
• Strong technical skills, ideally with experience in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
• Technical education or significant recent studies relating to AI or complex platform development.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Excellent English language skills.
