Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join its Growth Unit in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by enabling prospects and customers to realize the full value of Wrike's work management platform. As part of the Product Led Growth team, the engineer will contribute to conversion, organic expansion, adoption, and monetization efforts. The Senior Backend Engineer will be involved in:
  • Solving complex problems and exploring PLG mechanics.
  • Maintaining technical quality of solutions.
  • Bringing diverse expertise and helping others grow.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong knowledge of Java, REST, SQL, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years of SW development experience.
  • Expertise in relational and non-relational storages (PostgreSQL, Redis).
  • Experience working in a product team.
  • Fluent English and clear communication skills.
  • Self-organization and proactiveness.
