Job Description

Spektrum is seeking an Intermediate ITSM Tool Specialist to join their team and contribute to exciting opportunities in global locations. This role involves working with eu-LISA, the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems. The specialist will be responsible for configuring, tailoring, and administering IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to meet the needs of various ITSM processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring, tailoring, and administering ITSM tools (e.g. HP Service Manager 9).
  • Providing technical planning, designing, and administering of the ITSM suite of applications.
  • Migrating, testing, identifying, and correcting defects.
  • Integrating with system management products and vendor-supplied Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
  • Providing leadership in recommendations based on best practices and experience in service management.
  • Understanding interactions and dependencies across IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after secondary school.
  • Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medium to large scale implementations of ITSM tools.
  • Configuration and development experience with Service, Incident, Problem, Service Catalogue, Request, and Change Management modules in a Service Management tool.
  • Working knowledge of best practices and of the functionality provided by an out of box system.
  • ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
