Intermediate Quality Consultant

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking an Intermediate Quality Consultant to join their team in Strasbourg, France. This role involves ensuring the establishment and maintenance of quality management processes for eu-LISA, the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems. The consultant will support the project team and customer on all matters related to quality management, conduct quality audits and IT process assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained
• Maintain all documentation related to quality management
• Support the project team and the customer on all issues related to quality management
• Carrying out quality audits and IT processes quality assessments.
• Update & maintain at the proper quality level the SharePoint webpages.
• Perform regularly quality assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after the secondary school
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant
• Ability to proof read communication, documents, draft emails
• Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to create professional documents and emails
• Run reports & handle special projects as assigned
