Intermediate Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking an Intermediate Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Strasbourg, France. This role involves coordinating live service delivery, incident management, and building strong operational relationships. The coordinator will also ensure effective reporting, develop an understanding of the Agency's services, and assist in support model transitions.

• Coordination of day-to-day delivery of live service elements
• Contribution to incident management
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with operational peers
• Ensuring effective reporting is generated when required
• Develop a good understanding of the Agency’s services operations and functional processes
• Assist in support models and managing transition of projects and new services into the business as usual model
• Assist in coordinating Problem and Release management activities
• Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise-level IT environments
• Minimum 3 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience
• ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
• People-management & communication skills
• Good planning & time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
