Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Junior Business Continuity Management Consultant for a position at eu-LISA in Strasbourg, France. The consultant will support the development, implementation, and dissemination of eu-LISA's Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Security Framework best practices.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the development and implementation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security management systems.
- Supporting the development of the business continuity and security awareness program.
- Supporting the execution of Business Impact Analyses.
- Supporting the preparation, execution, and assessment of business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
- Monitoring and processing messages sent to functional email boxes.
- Contributing to the development of eu-LISA's Business Continuity Management System.
- Verifying the quality of business continuity and security services provided by eu-LISA’s contractors.
- Providing support in the periodic review of the business continuity security policies of the IT-systems operated by the Agency
- Preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations, etc.
- Supporting the flow of work in liaison with staff members from Security unit and/or other eu-LISA department, units.
- Performing any other business continuity and safety-related tasks.
- Supporting the coordination and administration of the emergency response capability
- Providing support during security incident analysis or risk assessments
- Being part of the Emergency Response Capability and act as first line responder in case of security incident.
Requirements:
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and, after obtaining the diploma, 3 years of proven professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in the required field of activity.
- Advanced knowledge in proofreading communication, documents, draft emails in English.
- Knowledge of Estonian or French language is an asset.
- Ability to create professional documents and emails.
- Experience in running business continuity risk assessments and business impact assessments.
- Experience in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience in designing and executing business continuity exercises.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Preferably having previously worked in an international environment.
