Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Biometrics Analyst for a role located in Strasbourg, France, to support eu-LISA, the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems. The analyst will contribute to the digitalisation efforts and the development of a new security ecosystem within the EU's Justice and Home Affairs domain.He/She will provide subject matter expertise on biometric matching operations, workflows, and staffing issues. The role involves collaboration on project development, evaluation and reporting of biometric workflows, and participation in the development of technical proposals.
- Providing subject matter expertise on biometric matching operations.

Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after secondary school.
- 9 years of professional experience in IT.
- 5 years using 3M-Cogent, Morpho/IDEMIA or equivalent Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) technology.
- 3 or more years’ experience in biometric workflow and/or technical operations with AFIS/biometric systems supporting border control.
- Experience in imaging processing of fingerprints using Automatic Fingerprint Identification Systems.
- Familiarity and understanding of fingerprint and facial matching algorithms and database management concepts.
