Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Service Reporting Specialist to join the eu-LISA team in Strasbourg, France. The role involves operational reporting related to client delivery requirements.
eu-LISA is the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. The Agency manages large-scale IT systems to support the implementation of asylum, border management, and migration policies in the EU.
Role Involves:
- Managing all SLA operational reporting.
- Working with various teams to collect data for reports.
- Driving automation and specify system needs.
- Ensuring audit readiness of SLA documents.
- Performing root cause analysis and improve the reporting process.
- Analyzing incoming requests and ensure problem resolution.
- Responding to client questions and completing client requests.
- Using computer-based tools to post documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor degree or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience.
- ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
- Strong understanding of Operational processes and best practices for large IT environments.
- Understanding of service level reporting management originating from various data sources.
- Business logic scripting, creating alerts, creating scripting to manage and collect data from data sources.
- Ability to calculate Service Level Metrics against defined and agreed upon targets as defined in service level contracts.
- Database SQL query skills.
- In depth knowledge of relational database systems (RDBMS).
- Good knowledge of programming languages.
- Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier web applications.
- Good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML).
- Good knowledge of business service reporting tools (e.g. CA Oblicore/BSI).
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
