Spektrum is seeking an African Union (AU) and/or Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Representative to support key client projects, specifically with the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on enhancing NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. This role involves providing subject matter expertise to realistically represent the AU/ECOWAS within exercises, offering operational and tactical knowledge to the exercise and training audience.
Role Involves: - Developing a basic Concept of Operations for AU/ECOWAS involvement.
- Coordinating with political and military representatives.
- Providing realistic AU/ECOWAS documents.
- Acting as the focal point for AU/ECOWAS matters.
- Analyzing training audience plans and their impact on AU/ECOWAS matters.
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience working within AU/ECOWAS at a senior level.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the last 10 years working with the AU/ECOWAS.
- A University/Bachelor’s Degree or Staff College (or equivalent).
- Business English proficiency.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
