Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) Scripter at Spektrum

Spektrum is seeking a Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) Scripter to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. The successful candidate will join a team supporting key client projects within the Exercise Control (EXCON) structure.

The role involves contributing to the Targeting Support Area, ensuring all targeting activity aligns with Joint Plans and Schemes of Manoeuvre.

Role Involves:

• Collating Component Command (CC) tasking.
• Matching targeting missions to ISR missions.
• Disseminating D&G from Chief EXCON targeting cell to develop BDA outcomes.
• Producing phase 2 BDA reporting and associated Intel reporting and products.
• Distributing BDA reporting via NATO Intel FAS to Joint Task Force (JTF) and CC.
• Monitoring Joint Targeting System campaign assessment and BDA areas.
• Monitoring training audience activity and output.
• Attending daily coordination meetings.
• Providing feedback to JWC permanent staff.

Requirements:

• National and/or NATO trained targeteer with 3 years of operational targeting experience.
• Good knowledge of operational and tactical-level staff processes and campaign synchronization.
• Good knowledge of JTS, FAST, JCHAT, NATO CDE methodology and targeting doctrine.
• Business English language proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
