Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a CBRN2 Subject Matter Expert to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) exercises in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves contributing to the development and delivery of political-military, strategic, and operational-level information and products tailored to the Training Audience (TA), with a focus on CBRN activities. The successful candidate will work within the JWC Higher Control (HICON) team ensuring the realism and coherence of CBRN operations within the exercise scenario. Spektrum is a company that support apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services.Role involves:
- Developing strategic and operational level dilemmas within exercise content.
- Generating exercise material to provide a challenging problem set.
- Coordinating with other EXCON cells.
- Producing agendas, speaking notes, and minutes of meetings.
- Updating exercise documentation.
- Monitoring training audience activity and providing feedback.
- Advising on lessons learned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of CBRN experience at the political-military or strategic level.
- Experience composing and comprehending texts in English at a senior staff level.
- Experience briefing senior leaders in a national or multinational environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
