Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Chief of Defence Staff to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC enhances NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. The role involves providing subject matter expertise and guidance on Defence matters.
Role involves:
  • Providing subject matter expertise in all Defence matters.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on matters.
  • Ascertaining that the TA is exposed to a realistic.
  • Coordinating military operational matters.
  • Developing a basic Concept of Operations.
  • Assisting training audiences with initial planning stages.
  • Understanding and analyse developing training audience plans.
  • Generating appropriate exercise material.
  • Coordinate military “green” picture.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate 3 years’ experience in the last 10 operating at senior staff level
  • Demonstrate 3 years in the last 10 experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers
  • Execution of Command at the higher level military formations for at least 2 years during military career.
  • Attained Rank of OF-6 during military career.
  • A University/Bachelor’s Degree or Staff College.
  • Business English
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
