Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Director of Affected Nation’s Military Intelligence Service to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC enhances NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. This role involves providing subject matter expertise in military intelligence to realistically represent the exercise scenario to the training audience, coordinating intelligence operational matters, and developing a basic Concept of Operations. Role involves:
  • Providing subject matter expertise in military intelligence.
  • Coordinating intelligence operational matters within the team.
  • Developing a basic Concept of Operations.
  • Developing and presenting plans as required.
Requirements:
  • 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders in a National or Multinational intelligence environment.
  • 3 years working at a senior level within or alongside the military intelligence community.
  • 3 years’ experience working in a National Military or NATO Strategic or Operational Command.
  • 3 years’ experience operational knowledge of military and national intelligence services.
  • OF-4 Rank in relevant military intelligence role.
  • Familiar with the latest intelligence software.
  • A University/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
