Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Director of Intelligence and Security Service, or equivalent, to support key client projects in Stavanger, Norway. The role supports the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) by providing subject matter expertise and strategic advice on intelligence, internal security, and counter-terrorism. The JWC is a NATO establishment focused on improving the Alliance's operational capabilities through training and exercises.
Role Involves: - Representing the Affected Nation's (AN) National Intelligence and Security Service strategy to the training audience.
- Providing strategic advice on intelligence, internal security, and counter-terrorism.
- Ensuring the training audience is exposed to a realistic national intelligence and security policy.
- Acting as the focal point for Intelligence and Security Service matters.
- Coordinating operational Intelligence and Security matters.
- Developing and presenting concept of operations for the AN Intelligence and Security Service.
Requirements: - 5 years of operational intelligence experience in police and internal security matters (national/international).
- 3 years’ experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
- Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises.
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Business English proficiency.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
