Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a JISR Collection Manager to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on enhancing NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises.

The role involves providing expertise in JISR Collection Management, representing NIFC CM processes, and supporting the Training Audience (TA). The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic situational awareness and ensure alignment with exercise objectives.

Role Involves:

  • Grant robust overall strategic situational awareness.
  • Assist in the development of NIFC strategic and operational level scenario documents.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement in JISR CM
  • Act as the focal point for the training audience for JISR CM matters during exercise preparation and execution.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as JISR Collection Manager (or similar post).
  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian.
  • Completion of the following courses: NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent, NATO IRM & CM Course or National equivalent, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS) Course or demonstrated working knowledge and experience within the last 5 years, NATO Comprehensive Understanding of the Operating Environment (CUOE) Process, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS).
  • Demonstrated participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations as intelligence SME in the last 10 years.
  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years in briefing senior leaders at strategic/operational level in a National or Multinational environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Regular user of the following functional systems: INTEL-FS TOPFAS BICES.
  • Business English
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
