Joint Time Sensitive Targeting (JTST) Coordinator/Assistant at Spektrum

Spektrum is seeking a Joint Time Sensitive Targeting (JTST) Coordinator/Assistant to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on enhancing NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. The role involves supporting the Exercise Control (EXCON) structure, which is crucial for delivering each full exercise cycle. EXCON staff come from various backgrounds, including JWC staff and NATO component commands. The Targeting Support Area is responsible for creating all targeting products, ensuring alignment with Joint Plans and Schemes of Manoeuvre. Role Involves:

• Generating injects to stimulate JTST incidents and processes.
• Creating JTST targeting materials, including Intel reports and JCHAT.
• Analyzing training audience plans and their impact on the targeting campaign.
• Monitoring training audience activity and providing feedback to JWC Exercise Control staff.
• Undertaking other duties as directed by the JWC Chief Targeting Cell.
• Providing feedback to JWC permanent staff for the improvement of NATO exercise processes.

Requirements:

• National and/or NATO trained targeteer with 3 years of operational targeting experience.
• Intel and ISR background.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence reporting and NATO intel processes.
• Knowledge of operational and tactical-level staff processes and campaign synchronization.
• Knowledge of JTS, FAST, JCHAT, NATO CDE methodology, and targeting doctrine.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
